If you don’t have your business plan created for 2025 yet – don’t panic! 

The MBA of Eastern PA is holding a Business Planning Workshop to help you reach your sales goals!  This event is FREE for lender/broker members, but nonmembers are invited to attend!

It's a 90 minute interactive workshop followed by happy hour at Great American Pub in Conshohocken

For this "in person" workshop, you will:

  • Review the importance of having a business plan
  • Show you how to easily create a business plan that you can actually use
  • Provide tactics to hold yourself accountable
  • Provide a tracking sheet that you can use to monitor your activities and progress
  • Explain how you can keep the focus on implementing, monitoring and updating your plan throughout the year.

With all of the turmoil in the market right now, there has never been a better time to focus on your activities and what you CAN control vs. what is happening around you and that you can’t control.

People with clear written goals accomplish more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine.

This is a live, in person event for any sales professional planning their sales strategy for 2025

Who Should Attend:

  • Loan Officers of any level:  Juniors, Assistants, Senior Loan Officers
  • Team Leaders, Regional and Branch Managers responsible for production and setting Loan Officer goals
  • Brokers, IMBs, Banks and Credit Unions are all welcome!
