Attention Residential Loan Servicers in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), Holland and Knight, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Eastern PA are excited to invite you to this information session on the Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund (PAHAF) for mortgage servicers, banks, and credit unions.

The session will provide an overview of PAHAF, as well as the Common Data File (CDF) and other operational aspects of the program that servicers will need to know.

PAHAF was created to assist Pennsylvania homeowners who are struggling with their mortgage payments or other housing costs due to financial hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The program will provide financial and utility assistance to homeowners to avoid delinquency, default, foreclosure, displacement, and utility disconnection.

This session will help you engage your borrowers who may need help with their mortgage payments and be eligible for PAHAF.

All supervised mortgage servicers, banks, and credit unions that service mortgage loans or other residential property liens in Pennsylvania are encouraged to attend.
