CONVERGENCE Philadelphia, a Mortgage Bankers Association initiative, is a cross-sector partnership focused on increasing minority homeownership in Philadelphia. This collective-action approach promotes more sustainable, affordable homes for purchase and rental for underserved people and communities, especially minorities and low-to-moderate income Americans.Both current and prospective macroeconomic conditions have impacted Philadelphia's affordable housing supply.
