Loan Officer Compensation Compliance Trends for 2024

Loan Officer Compensation Compliance Trends for 2024

Thursday, February 15, 2024 (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Loan Officer Compensation is one of the most discussed topics in the industry. The laws can be vague, frustrating and sometimes do not follow logical business sense. There are some things that are clear but other things are open to interpretation as trends change over time. What seemed to work last year is now an area of concern.

We have brought together experts to discuss updated trends that impact how we pay our sales teams.

In this session on Thursday, February 15 at 1:00 p.m., we will cover:

  • Terminology
  • What's allowed and what's not with Marketing Service Agreements, Bond loans, Brokered loans, Loan Sources, Construction loans and more!
  • Exempt vs Nonexempt employees
  • Best practices and tips.

We'll skip over the basics and get right into updated topics and trends. Hopefully after this discussion, you'll walk away with new ideas and keep your Compliance Officer happy.
